Q. How much do your services cost?
A. Several variables determine the fee we charge for a given service, including the size, species and location of a tree. As such we provide quotes on a case-by-case basis, although we do charge a minimum of $500 for our on-site services.

Q. When may I schedule service?
A. Although we pride ourselves on working around our clients’ schedules, we encourage you to schedule service as soon as you are able.
Q. Do you provide free estimates?
A. We exclusively provide free estimates. We only charge for our services once our clients have agreed to work with us.
Q. Do you evaluate tree health?
A. We exclusively provide free estimates. We only charge for our services once our clients have agreed to work with us.
Q. Do you service very tall trees?
A. We proudly have the equipment and the experience we need to tend to extremely tall trees and other large jobs. Many of our competitors lack the resources our clients need for such expansive projects.
Q. Do you have certified arborists on staff?
A. Newbury Park Tree Service currently employs three ISA Certified Arborists and two Certified Treecare Safety Professionals.
Q. Do you trim trees during nesting season?
A. Yes. Although if we find a nest, we stop trimming immediately and will return to site after nesting season to trim the tree.
Q. Do you trim trees during nesting season?
A. Yes, although we must return to a tree after nesting season has ended when we discover a nest site.
Q. Do you provide free estimates?
A. We exclusively provide free estimates for basic, routine jobs. If the estimate involves more detail, a minimal fee may be assessed.
Q. Should a certain tree species only receive trimming during a certain season?
A. Several tree species exhibit their best health when they are trimmed during the correct time of year. For example, pine trees are best trimmed in cooler weather. Our experienced arborists are qualified to explain when your trees should receive maintenance.
